Description

The anticipated issue date for this solicitation was 4 October 2003 with a proposal due date of 07 November 2005. These dates have been changed, estimated issue date for this solicitation is 11 October 2005 with a proposal due date of 14 November 20 05. There will be two Contract Line Item (CLIN) Schedules, one for Fort Lewis and Madigan Army Medical Center, one for Yakima Training Center, both schedules contain fixed and requirements items. The schedule dates for the site visits for this requiremen t have been changed. The Fort Lewis Site visit is tentatively scheduled for 12 October 2005, the Yakima Training Center is tentatively scheduled for 13 October 2005, see solicitation provision 52.111-4022 for exact time and dates. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted.
