- Description
- One U.S. or foreign flag, clean, approved, epoxy coated tanker, with the following minimum particulars: Vessel must be less than 15 years of age for duration of Charter. Vessel must be party to the SIRE system. And possess current ISM Certification and International Ship Security Certificate. Vessel must have a minimum carrying capacity of 235,000 BBLs for all products in designated epoxy coated cargo tanks in addition to ability to carry one complete, undecanted, tank washings in dedicated slop tanks. Require segregated ballast tanks (SBT) Require inert gas system (IGS) Minimum of 2 segregations with double valve isolation Minimum 10 ton cargo hose handling boom at the manifold Ability / equipped to call at offshore petroleum facility Ability / equipped to perform cargo operations pierside Ability / equipped to perform cargo operations at anchorage (adequate fendering) Maximum LOA 700 ft Maximum laden draft 36 feet with 235,000 BBLS JP8 or F76 Minimum SOA 13 knots Must meet all MSC requirements for reporting Must provide number of berths available for additional personnel. Ability / equipped to mechanically clean, mop, dry and inert cargo tanks within three days between cargoes during performance of the charter when required. Ship must hot wash all cargo spaces prior to presenting for initial acceptance/inspection. Vessel must have vetting approvals from SSANGYONG and SK. If heating coils are installed, they must have been inspected within the last year.
