- PR YPG05270000473, NSN 4920-01-249-4002, Adapter, Eng Handlin, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-262200003-601 Rev. C, Configuration Control applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Quantity 4, 100% quantity option, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, delivery 90 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. Item is not used in commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS).
