- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-06-T-0004 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisi on and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 321991, (SIC 2451) with number of employees not exceeding 500. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) , Vicksburg, Mississippi, has a requirement for furnished Double-Wide Mobile Homes to meet firefighter dormitory requirements: All units must be Wind Zone 2 compliant. 1. Two Double-wide mobile homes, minimum 3 bedrooms, minimum 1 bath, furnished, minimum square feet = 1440, maximum length = 80 feet. Deliver and set-up one each mobile home to the following addresses: 270 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS. (East End Fire Dept.), 784 Elder Street, Biloxi, MS. (Back bay Fire Dept.) 2. Four Double-wide, minimum 2 bedrooms, minimum 1 bath, minimum square feet= 1200, maximum length = 80 feet. Deliver and set-up one each mobile home to the following addresses: 6218 West Hinds, Bay St. Louis, MS. (Bayside FD); Chapman Road, Bay St. Louis, MS. (East Hancock FD); 16006 Washington Street, Pearlington, MS. (West Hancock Station near Hwy 64 and Monroe); and, 5272 Clearmont Blvd, Bay St. Louis, MS. (Clermont Harbor FD). Mobile Homes shall be delivered to the above addresses and must include a basic furniture package (couch, chair, dinette, beds), and set-up (not including utility hook-ups). We do not require any extras that would add to the price, and you are advised t o provide the lowest possible price in your initial quote. Provide pricing for the purchase of each unit to include delivery, set-up, and furniture, as the Government may award for one or all. Delivery shall be made within 48 hours of notification by Contracting Officer that site is ready to accept mobile homes. Delivery could be as soon as 13 October 2005. Offerors must be registered at Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-1(k), www.ccr.gov to receive an award. Multiple awards possible.
