- This is a notification of an amendment to solicitation SP057005R0026, YPI04287001730. The solicitation contains one NSN, Item is a Light, Sub-Assembly, NSN is 6210-01-348-8252. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the closing date to October 14, 2005. Quantity required is 55 each with 100% quantity option of additional 55 each. Destination: NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. Required Delivery Schedule is 120 days. The proposed procurement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act (Note 12 Applies). This is an unrestricted acquisition. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using part 12 (Note 26 Applies). This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 And 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).
