Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with the Commuter Check Services for monthly commuter checks for Public Transportation for San Francisco, CA through 09/30/2006. Counties that are covered are Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano. An award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense?s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The NAICS code is 522390.
