Description

Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to OI Corporation, DBA OI Analytical, 151 Graham Road PO Box 9010, College Station, TX 77845 to provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, material and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive, Remedial Maintenance Services and Software updates on the Automated Cyanide Analyzer . The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturers equipment specifications and the SOW. See government-wide numbered note 22. Period of Performance: From date of award to 12 months thereafter with four one-year options. The estimated award date is 4 Nov 05. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. Type of Contract: A Firm-Fixed Price commercial service contract is contemplated. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
