- The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast currently has a requirement for non-personal contractor support the Operations and Analysis Division of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command with professional services for analytical support, war-fighting scenario development, operations research, and subject matter expertise in the areas of military operations, Marine Corps force structure, manpower management, Joint command relations, Joint organization and doctrine, deployment and employment processes of Joint Forces including Special Operations Forces, Joint Capabilities Development System, and the processes supporting the DoD Analytic Agenda. An individual statement of work of the specific tasking will guide the performance of each study effort. Request for Proposal (RFP) M00264-06-R-0003, using Standard Form 33, will be release on or about 21 October 2005. The proposed type of contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with Fixed Price Hourly Rates.! The proposed period of performance will consist of a base year, plus four (4) 12-month option periods. This requirement is being offered on an unrestricted basis.
