This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the New York State Thruway Authority, 200 Southern Blvd., Albany, NY 12209, for an EZ Pass account for Bridges, Tunnels, and the Thruway. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488490 and the size standard is $6.0 million. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 1 day in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. Interes tered parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within one calendar day of the date of this notice. A determination by the Governm ent not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be issued.
