Description
AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS NOTICE: EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT - This procurement is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Government intends to award up to three (3) contracts, one (1) of which will be set aside as a small business, with each award at a not t o exceed NTE $20,000,000.00. This procurement will be a Best Value procurement. The award criteria will be as follow: 1. Capacity and Capability; 2. Past Performance; 3. Management Plan; and 4. Subcontracting Plan. Cost/Price will be evaluated u sing a sample task order to determine realism and price reasonableness. Additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, the purchase of equipment, furniture and Information Technology. All task orders will be competed among awardees. The co ntractor shall be responsible for providing leased or purchased modular buildings of different dimensions, site preparation, setting-up and breaking down the temporary facilities including site work, foundation work, potable water connections, sewage conne ctions, and electrical service connections. . If public or private water utility service is not available, the contractor may be required to provide potable water. Sewerage connections may be from a public or private utility or the contractor may be requ ired to provide sewerage holding tank(s), on-site sewerage treatment and disposal system(s), or other approved method. Electrical service may be from the local electric utility or the contractor may be required to have connections for generator(s). Contr actor may be required to install automatic transfer switch to allow both commercial and generator power to the building(s). Site work may include, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, grading, compaction, crushed stone placement, roadways, parkin g facilities, perimeter/security lighting, and perimeter/security fencing. Contractor shall provide submittals as required per individual task order regarding such items as site work, foundation work, safety requirements, schedule of work, critical procur ement items, material quantities, piping layout, and electrical distribution.
