Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. GovWorks, on behalf of the Naval Research Lab (NRL), will be issuing a solicitation for supplies and services to remove two existing radomes and install two new radomes at the System Performance Evaluation Laboratory (SPEL) located at Fort Meade, MD. ***The period of performance as well as other mandatory specifications will be as described in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Statement of Work titled "Radome Replacement at the System Performance Evaluation Laboratory". FOB shall be DESTINATION. ***This requirement is being procured as a total small business set-aside. The resultant award is expected to be a firm fixed-price Purchase Order. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 334290 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. ***The competitive RFQ, specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govoworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFQ number 1406-04-06-RQ-60202. ***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 27 October 2005 and will be available via the Internet at the above site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. ***Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant Purchase Order. ***No written solicitation document is currently available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. ***Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions VIA EMAIL to Andrew.J.Flanzer@mms.gov. Ensure the RFQ number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
