PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUCMENTS, AND PROJECT DETAILS BEFORE CALLING FOR INFORMATION. The intention of this solicitation is to secure custodial services for buildings at Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, MA. The contractor shall furnish labor, transportation, equipment and supervision for cleaning of public areas and park offices. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance of January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 with four (4) one-year option periods for a total performance period of 60 months. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720, with a small business size standard of $14.0 million dollars. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about Thursday, October 27, 2005. The estimated offer due date is November 28, 2005. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals and offerors shall be evaluated on their response to the following criteria: 1. Experience Providing Custodial Services to Organizations that Serve the Public; 2. Technical Approach to Meeting Requirement; 3. Proposed Response to Unexpected Events; and 4. Past Performance.
