- Note: Solicitation has been changed from a sole source to competitive solicitation. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires LD45 Black Foam. Offers other than LD45 Black Foam will not be considered. The Government does not own specifications, chemical composition or drawings. LD45 Black Foam is a closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam that has been constructed and tested to be impervious to oil, gasoline, salt water and other moisture for use in extreme outdoor conditions. Quantity: 600 sheets LD45 Black Foam 1 inch thick X 40 inch X 60 inch Quantity: 150 sheets LD45 Black Foam 1/2 inch thick X 40 inch X 60 inch Quantity: 150 sheets LD45 Black Foam 1/4 inch thick X 40 inch X 60 inch Required delivery date is 2 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Price will include delivery to NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ 08733.
