MISC HAND TOOLS. The solicitation will result in a fixed price, indefinite delivery, two-year requirements type contract for the period 08/01/2006 or DOA through 07/31/2008 with three 1-yr options. This solicitation will contain requirements for 11 Ea. Misc hand tools. Estimated quantities will appear in the solicitation document. Pricing is not required in your response to this notice. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Delivery will be FOB destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
