Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-008-0254, PR# 0011557774, Plenum and Damper Assembly, in accordance with L-3 Communications Integrated System, Cage 05395, P/N 8461-06210-1. Quantity is 3 each. FOB Destination, inspection and acceptance destination. In accordance with QAP 001. Delivery within 148 days ARO. This is a request for a written offer. Please, submit offers to Bid Custodian at Fax: (804) 279-4165. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Package (SAR) along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c )(1). Note 22 applies ? Sole source (FAR 6.302). Unrestricted procurement. A request for proposal will be issued on or about September 30, 2005 close on or about October 31, 2005. Solicitation package must be completed in its entirety prior to submission. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. Automated Best Value Model: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
