Form/Fit/Function: Provides force to release the locking mechanism and allow operation of air. Predominant Material: 22 Components of various materials. Applicable to: F-15 Aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: 2 ea Dec 2005, 2 ea Mar 2006, 2 ea June 2006, 1 ea Sep 2006, 1 Dec 2006, 2 ea Mar 2007 and 16 ea in Jun 2007. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 31 OCT 2005. The anticipated award date will be January 2006. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Moog Inc. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
