Description

The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office is seeking information on Raised Access Floor (RAF)/Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD) system. The office is anticipating a physical move in 2007 and is contemplating the use of the mentioned air distribution system versus conventional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The new office space will be approximately 37,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of warehouse space. The building may be single- or two-story depending on location. Information requested includes, but not limited to, previous customers, testimonials, commercial pricing information based on similar requirements, benefits of the RAF/UFAD versus conventional HVAC system (if any), published energy cost comparisons, indoor air quality, and other pertinent information that are already or otherwise would be made available to the public in the commercial market. The NAICS code is 333415. The PSC is 4120. Brochures, pamphlets, hand-outs and other written or digital literature will be accepted by the issuing office. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. All information received will be used for the sole purpose of developing a potential requirement. The BLM does not guarantee that a solicitation will result from this Request for Information.
