Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Orders under Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract N00019-04-D-0071 with Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for the procurement of the following hardware: ground control stations, transponders, kits, other system associated hardware and miscellaneous hardware. These supplies are needed to support the System for Naval Target Control (SNTC) system, which is an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Target Control System (TCS). MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC TCS and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
