Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to exercise Option Year 2 and issue Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) orders under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract N00019-04-D-0011 with Micro Systems, Inc., Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for the procurement of Acquisition Life Cycle Support (ALCS) for the System for Navy Target Control (SNTC), which is an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Target Control System (TCS). ALCS shall include equipment maintenance, spares, spares management, support equipment maintenance, repair equipment, and maintaining configuration management. MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC target control system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
