Description

It is the Government's intention to enter into a sole source procurement with Synopsys Inc for software upgrades, support and maintenance for an existing integrated circuit design, simulation, research and documentation tools suite. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, software modules, technical and field support, and factory training as outlined in the Performance Specification. Note 22 applies. Requirement includes: 1 each 6 month maintenance agreementfor DC Expert Synopsys P/N 2661-0, Library Compiler Synopsys P/N 2673-0, Design Analyzer Synopsys P/N 2665-0, HDL Compiler Verilog Synopsys P/N 2671-0, Design Ware Library Synopsys P/N 2925-0 and 2 each 6 month maintenance agreements for: VHDL Comiler Synopsys P/N 2681-0, Design Vision Synopsys P/N 3160-0 and VCX MX Synopsys Inc P/N 3335-0.
