- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to add on sole source, part-numbered items to the Northrop Grumman, St Augustine, FL.(Cage Code 61174) existing solicitation. Any items to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request.
