Description

Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to Replace Sliding Glass Doors @ USCG St. Ignace Housing, St. Ignance, MI. Major items of work shall include the following: Remove and dispose of existing sliding glass doors as scheduled. Install new sliding glass patio style doors as scheduled. New doors shall be selected from stock sizes, or custom sized at no additional cost, to fit the existing openings as indicated on the drawings. Modify the existing exterior vinyl siding and trim, and install new exterior trim as required for a complete weather tight installation and finished appearance. Modify interior trim and refinish as indicated on the drawings. Unit Work Items: Paint interior wall surfaces. Unit work shall be awarded based on a estimated single wall of 1000 SF. Provide temporary heat to maintain 68 degrees F in the event that work must be completed during cold weather. Period of performance is 75 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238350 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0.
