Description: Maintain and repair electrically operated vehicle gates at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. A contract consisting of a base year and four option years is expected. Work required includes the maintenance, inspection, and repair of approximately 22 vehicle gates located at various areas on Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Routine service calls will be required during normal work hours. In addition, emergency service calls will be required after duty hours. Emergency service repairs will be required on a 24-hour, seven day a week basis. Tentative solicitation issue date is O/A 4 November. The contract will be a 100% small business set-aside with NAICS code 332323 and a size standard of 500 employees.
