Description: The 10 MSG Contracting Office, USAF Academy, intends to negotiate with the Academy Club, on a sole source basis for the rental of secure meeting rooms. Note 22 applies to this acquisition. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in proposal preparation.
