Description

The contractor shall f urnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul/repair the assets. Contractor furnished parts shall be either manufacturer's original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested vendor. N o surplus parts shall be used or applied. PRON: AX6M0039, NSN: 2920-01-180-0453, P/N: 519892-5-1 in support of AGPU. Delivery is 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) at a rate of 4 per month. FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070. The government i ntends to award a firm fixed priced, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 16 each, maximum quantity of 76 each under FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition. Overhaul/repair of these assets shall be accom plished with the specifications in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2835-213 This requirement is currently unfunded. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themse lves. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release date of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be accepted. Reque sts will be by fax or mail only.
