Description

Notice of Intent. Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition and Procurement Office issues this ?Notice of Intent? for commercial services. This is a proposed action for professional services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source ? International Association of Police Chiefs (IAPC) under authority pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to provide consulting services to study and perform technical writing of results to support the review and update of existing policies, procedures, rules, special orders, directives and training requirements for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Police Law Enforcement General Order Program. The APO/WHS proposes to award a firm fixed price contract to IACP, a private non-profit corporate entity with tax exempt status. Interested parties are invited to submit their business size, qualifications and experience to Mr. Clif Kelly, Contract Specialist, APO, WHS, at the following e-mail address: banks.kelly.ctr@whs.mil within fifteen days of this notice. This ?Notice of Intent? is issued to determine interest in potential offerors. No solicitation will be issued. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
