Description: The United States Army Communication-Electroinc Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a three year Firm-Fixed-Price(FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee(CPFF), and Time & Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sol e source basis to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Rolling Meadows, IL. Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed action is for Operations Control Group (OCG)/Shelters and spare parts, for the AN/TPQ-36(V)8 FIREFINDER Radar Systems and associated engineering, technical and repair services. Delivery Orders will be placed on a FFP basis for hardware, CPFF or T&M basis for various services. The Government does not possess any specifications or drawings.
