Description: The above solicitation to provide 24 hour emergency service, 365 days a year with a maximum of 2 hours response time along with all labor, equipment materials and tools necessary to repair/replace all appurtenances of steam distrbution systems, water distribution systems, drainage system piping insulation systems and any work associated with these repairs in accordance with Statement of Work for the VAMC, Hampton, VA is modified as follows: Schedule of Service - cost will be based on an estimated 2500 hours per year as stated on Revised Schedule.
