Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DCN 20050726. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Software & Management Associates. The supplies required are manufactured from only one source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This RFQ has the attached line item(s) in which the proposals must price each line item attached (all or none). The period of performance is from 01 November 2005 to 31 October 2006. Ship to: DAASC Attention: Mike Perdue Area C, Bldg 207 5250 Pearson Road Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5328 Delivery required by 1 November 2005, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.217-09, 52.232-33, 52.232-18, 252.232-7003, 5253.201-9101 and 252.232-7010 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. Quotes are due back to Jenna Moore no later than 4:00 pm EST on Wednesday 19 October 2005 electronically or by facsimile (937) 257-6390.
