Description

NOTICE OF INTENT-The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK intends to solicit, negotiate and award a purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole source basis to OZM Research under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is fo r a pressure transducer based vacuum thermal stability system with the capacity to perform 20 samples simultaneously. Quantity, one (1) each. OZM research is the only source known to provide this capability and no other source will satisfy the agency requ irements at this time. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurment.
