- NAICS Code: 334 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Sophos Inc. for the purchase of a subscription for twenty-eight (28) NT file servers (SAV-WIN Anti Virus) for the of period January 01, 2006, thru December 31, 2006. However, any firm believing itself capable of meeting EPA requirement may submit documentation and price quote complying with the specifications. Such documentation must be submitted to the point of contact within 10 days of posting this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis.
