Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for service under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Executive Information Systems (EIS), 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda MD 20827-0076. This sole source requirement is for the renewal of SAS software license maintenance. EIS is the only authorized GSA Schedule reseller for SAS products and services to the US Government. The services are being procured under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. This award will be made, unless information to the contrary is received by Louis Gilden at GildenL@sec.gov no later than 5:00PM EST on October 24, 2005. Information received as a result of this notice may or may not affect the award and is solely within the discretion of the SEC.
