Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Transend Migrator (UniAccess) Software Licenses Maintenance and Support under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Transend Corporation. This is for a renewal of Transend product related maintenance and support. This service is used for e-mail utility conversion processes. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source for this service. The services are being procured under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. This award will be made unless information to the contrary is received by Chamagne Luciani at LucianiC@sec.gov no later than 5:00PM ET on October 20, 2005. Information received as a result of this notice may or may not affect the award and its use is solely within the discretion of the SEC.
