Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc., 600 Center Street, Herdon, VA 20170, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for 1 Each Model 25E, VB-25E-MP1, VideoBank Model 25 Image Workstation; 1 Each Video-Vault Data Core, VB-CWB-LV2, VideoBrank Video-Vault Data Core Basic Data Core; 1 Each Video-Vault Browser, VB-CWB-3, VideoBank Video-Vault Browser/Web Application; 3 Each Design/Consulting Services, VB-ITT-1 YR, VideoBank Software service and support; 1 Each VB-ITT-LV1 Installation, Test, Training for operational personnel. The server system is required to receive, catalog, and provide commanders, and senior leadership with a visual record of Air Force activities in compliance with DoD 5040.2. The server software (VideoBank) was specifically developed, tested, and accredited for use on the DoD SIPRNET. Sole Sourching this server system is based on Air Force and DoD requirements to secure and implement Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for a Certificate to Operate (CtO) on Air Force Computer Networks.
