- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The actual RFP, with information and specifications will be available on the Gateway website (see instructions below) after November 03, 3005. All contractors must be CCR registered and have a cage code.This is a Total small business Set-Aside. Buy American Act applies. This is an Acquisition for ACU Insignia's (Unit patches). The NSN's will be provided in the Solicitation. Unit of issue is Each. This is a Indefinite Delivery Type Contract.v Quantity is as follows: Base year: Minimum: 390,000 /Maximum: 2,000,000. Award will contain one (1) year term option. Deliveries will be made to New Cumbrland PA and Phoenix AZ. Deliveries will begin 150 dyas after date of award.First article samples will be due 45 days after date of award(1st delivery order). Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home AFTER Estimated Date. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFPs, prospective vendors MUST go to the RFP Information page and select DSCP Clothing & Textiles (C&T) as the commodity center from which notices will be sent. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
