Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0044. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20051011. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform all the requirements contained in the Statement Of Need (SON), dated 1 October 2005. This Maintenance and Repair of Elevators and Lifts requirement is for a Basic Year and Four Option Years. Work consists of but is not limited to: Responding to routine and emergency service calls and repairing and maintaining elevators and handicap lifts.
