The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option . Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. FOB is Destination. For use on the M109. Estimated issue date is 3 Nov 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
