- Description
- Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement required for Medical Equipment Maintenance. The services to be performed under this contract are for an E7254 Urine Analyzer Sys tem and E7258 Mdl# 500 Automated Urine Analyzer, Sn# 386 located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-06-T-0008 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. Contractor services include but are not limited to: equipment repairs, labor, and test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished, necessary to keep the units operational to manufacturers specifications, seven (7) days per week; provide troubleshooting assistance by modem or on site as requested 24 hours per day; providing and installing all hardware and software updates; providing new or update user manuals when changes are made; provide a minimum of one (1) preventive maintenance service per year to include lubrications, cleaning (other than operators), cali bra?tions, parts replacement, and unlimited service calls during the contract period and one (1) annual certification. Contract period is for a Base Period (01 April 2006 through 30 September 2005) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquis ition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
