Description

This is an amendment of combined synopsis/solicitation to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Hotel Accommodations, Conference Space Rental and Hotel Services located in the following cities in Florida: Tampa/St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tallahassee, or 2nd Choice - Savannah, GA area only. The amendment is for Request for Proposal 777-06-H200 concerning a change of ADDITIONAL cities (Orlando, Jacksonville and Tallahassee). All other needs and conditions for the meeting remain the same as the original solicitation. Submit all price, descriptive literature, technical proposals, and HOTEL CONTRACT to Susie L. Riedthaler, Event Manager/Contracting Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs, Employee Education System, 550 Foothill Drive, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, UT, 84113.
