REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TPE06 Transportation/Air Quality Conformity Agency: National Transit Institute Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey University Procurement & Contracting Administrative Services Bldg III 3 Rutgers Plaza New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901 ATTN: Cindy Johnson, Buyer Phone: (732) 932-4375 ext. 2309 / Fax: (732) 932-4390 E-Mail: cindyj@rci.rutgers.edu Date for receipt of proposals: Friday, January 20, 2006 The National Transit Institute (NTI) is seeking proposals to revise, as necessary, and deliver an existing three (3) day training course, Transportation/Air Quality Conformity. This course provides an introduction to the transportation/air quality conformity process for employees of transportation and air quality agencies, especially new employees and existing employees who are not familiar with the goals of transportation/air quality conformity or the constituent elements of the overall process. The course does not cover the technical skills needed to conduct regional emissions analysis. Rather, it provides an overview of the analytical process, types of data needed, and the importance of updating and reaching agreement on key planning assumptions in the conformity process. To obtain a copy of the complete Request for Proposal (RFP), send a written request on organization letterhead to the University Procurement and Contracting address above. Fax or e-mail requests will be accepted. Telephone requests are unacceptable. RFP?s will not be faxed. Requests will be honored if received by Tuesday, November 29, 2005. RFP?s will be mailed out shortly thereafter.
