Description: The US Army is issuing a sole source requirement for Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) for the Control Display System 4 (CDS4) Block II Software. This item is sole source to Honeywell, Inc., Defense Avionics Systems Division, 9201 San M ateo N.E., Albuquerque, NM. Honeywell Inc. is considered the only source capable of providing this effort because of experience, engineering and technical expertise. Honeywell Inc. is the sole source and has proprietary rights on the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior CDS. The CFSR is to provide technical engineering integration and troubleshooting support of the CDS4 for the on-going production efforts associated with the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Safety Enhancement Program.
