Description

The project consists of new water, electric, sewer, and irrigation water line improvements. Work shall include the installation of a new pumphouse, water pressure tank, water lines, two septic tanks, sewer lines, associated appurtenances, temporary water system, irrigation lines, electric lines and demolition of a fuel storage tank. Site is remote, with the nearest town being Fredonia, AZ 30 miles to the north. Contract time is 75 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about May 10, 2004 with bids due on June 8, 2004. Bid Guarantee, performance and payment bonds are required. Price range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code 237110 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. Project will be procured on an unrestricted basis.
