Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, and shall perform all work required to complete the project of designing and constructing a 7800 sq foot office building for the following items: remove and replace the existing deteriorated wooden siding and trim with new lapped wood siding and trim; design, remove and replace the existing batten seam metal roof with a standing seam metal roof. Design, remove and replace the existing Plexiglas domed skylight with a new-framed roof section and clerestory window. Design and install additional parking lot lighting and electrical supply, approx. 6 new poles to be added. The government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. There will be a pre-bid meeting on 4/9/2003 at the Peaks Ranger Station at 9:00 am local time.
