Description

Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to Replace Electrical Substation @ USCG STA Milford Haven, VA. Major items of work shall include the following: Disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing 1000 amps., 208Y/120V switchboard & 75KVA, 208Y/480V dry type transformer. Install a new 1000 amps., 208Y/120V switchboard in NEMA 4X enclosure on a 6? high galvanized wide flange beams. Reconnect the existing incoming service and the outgoing feeders. Test the insulation of the feeder wires; if found damaged see unit work item. Install a new 75 KVA, 208Y/480V, dry type transformer NEMA 4X enclosure on a 6? high galvanized wide flange beams. Reconnect the existing incoming and the outgoing feeders. Replace the existing panels in housing units 161,166,167 & 168. Do not start site construction until new switchboard and transformer are on site. Unit Work Item: Replace the damaged feeder wires and reconnect. Period of performance is 119 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0.
