Item is identified as critical application, Origin inspection required, FOB Origin, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 6 pieces, Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Line item 0001 for 6 each, required delivery 180 days ARO to Stockton, CA. Soliciting as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. Note 22 applies. ABVS- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
