Description
RD050770030000. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1650-00-439-0217, Bushing Assembly, Pylon IAW Bell Helicopter Co, Cage 97499, P/N 212-030-199-1; Lord Corp., Cage 76005, P/N J8088-4; and Eagle-Picher Industries, Inc., Cage 44608, P/N 00-4100-0-3. The estimated annual demand for this contract is 497 each. Option years 1-4. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. This item is Source Control Item of Lord Corp, Bell Helicopter and Eagle-Picher Industries, Inc. QCC ? FAM. Surge Requirements Do Not Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Minimum quantities ? 99 each and Maximum quantities 893 each; required delivery 157 days ARO, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Continental United States. ORIGIN Inspection is required.. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
