Description
REPAIR F110-GE-100B 2ND STAGE FAN BLADES. One-time fixed quantity SCA noncommercial contract is contemplated. Item 0001: Repair F110-GE-100B 2nd Stage Fan Blades. Input NSN 2840-01-464-2776PR, P/N: 9531M22P04; Output NSN 2840-01-532-9247PR, P/N: 9531M22P05. Quantity: 5520 EA. Item 0002: Destructive Fatigue Testing Input/Output NSN 2840-01-191-1896PR, P/N: 9531M22P03. Quantity: 111 EA. Item 0003: Data Report G009. Applicable to: F110-GE-100 engines, F-16 aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001: 700 each per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Item 0002: IAW Performance Work Statement Para 2.6. Item 0003: IAW CDRL A001. Item Description: The 2nd stage fan blades are the 2nd of three stages that make up the fan rotor that helps process the airflow through the engine at optimum speed and angle to produce pressure to turn turbines and produce thrust. Dimensions: 7.5 inches long X 3.8 inches wide X 1.6 inches deep. Material: Ti-6Al-4V. For more information contact Billie Kindschuh/449 PSG/PKA/ (405) 734-8107. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. This repair is export controlled. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate solicitation issue date is 07 NOV 2005 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 07 DEC 2005. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
