PRON: AX5Q0370, NSN: 2840-01-200-9549, PN: 6893029, Quantity: 50 each minimum/250 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the OH-58D Engine Unit T-703-AD-700. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 50 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Rolls-Royce Corporation, Cage Code 63005, Aviall Services Inc., Cage Code 22819, and Extex LTD, Cage Code 06QZ8 because this part is a commercial/non-developmental/off-the-self-item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufactur er Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encourag ed to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
