Description

Provide Janitorial Services for The Environmental Chemistry Branch In Omaha, Nebraska. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall perform all required services identified in this Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance with the commercial standar ds, and local, state and federal requirements. The contractor shall maintain the facility to present a neat, clean and professional working environment at all times, at frequencies determined by the contractor in the areas of the building specified in the SOW. 1.1 LEVELS OF CLEANING. High Use/Common Areas: These areas, due to their traffic volume, require regular scheduled cleaning of surfaces. These areas are the high use areas such as the lunch room. Basic Service: These areas require cleaning of all visi ble dirt from surfaces. These areas are hallways and lesser used general areas. 2. GENERAL INFORMATION: Hours of Operation. The normal hours of operation for the facility are 6:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. The contractor will provide all se rvices during normal working hours. Specifications will be available on the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) Web Page at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/. Hardcopies will not be available. Offerors should check the VCCO Web Page ofte n for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 3 Nov 2005. Offer due date 12 Nov 2005, 1445 Hours. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE AND ISSUED UNDER NAICS CODE 561720 FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE CON TRACT WITH A BASE AND FOUR OPTION YEARS.
