- Furnish all planning, supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, parts, and all things necessary to design, manufacture and install new generator stator laminations and windings for existing hydro-driven vertical generators, West Point Powerhou se, West Point, Georgia. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedures. Source selection criteria will be included in the solicitaiton; therefore, a detailed proposal will be required. This procurement is u nrestricted. The NAICS is 333611; the size standard for which is 1000 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil and will be available for download on or about November 8, 2005. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to ch eck the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Actual solicitation amendments will be issued either by posting for download to the aformentioned website or fax. Interested offerors, to include subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms, are required to self-register their firm or office at the above website.
